Who may use it. The FCS Hub is licensed only for internal use by Florida Construction Services, UCCS LLC and their authorized employees and contractors. No license is granted to anyone else.

What it does. It reads FCS's own QuickBooks Online data (read-only) to provide internal job costing and financial reports.

Your responsibilities. Authorized users must keep their Microsoft 365 credentials private and use the FCS Hub only for FCS business.

No warranty. The FCS Hub is provided "as is" for internal convenience. Reports should be checked against QuickBooks before being relied on for tax, legal or payment decisions.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, FCS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the FCS Hub.

Termination. FCS may change, suspend or end the FCS Hub, or a user's access, at any time. Access ends automatically when employment or engagement with FCS ends.

Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
