What the FCS Hub is. The FCS Hub is an internal business application used only by Florida Construction Services ("FCS") and its affiliated company UCCS LLC. It is not offered to the public or to other QuickBooks users. What we access. With the authorization of an FCS administrator, the FCS Hub connects to FCS's own QuickBooks Online company file and reads accounting data: customers and projects, invoices, bills, expenses, purchases, and accounting reports. The connection is read-only. The FCS Hub does not create, change or delete anything in QuickBooks.

How we use it. The data is used only to produce internal job costing, billing and financial reports for FCS management and staff.

Where it is stored. Data is stored in FCS's Microsoft 365 tenant (SharePoint and Power Automate), protected by Microsoft 365 sign-in and access controls. Only authorized FCS personnel can view it.

Sharing. FCS does not sell, rent or share this data with third parties. It is not used for advertising.

Retention. Job cost data is kept for as long as FCS needs it for business, tax and legal records, then deleted under FCS's normal record-retention practices.

Disconnecting. An FCS administrator can disconnect the FCS Hub from QuickBooks at any time from QuickBooks (Settings > Apps) or by contacting FCS. Once disconnected, no further data is read.
